Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Management Specialist to drive operational excellence in our organization.

This key role will oversee planning and inventory management, driving analysis and optimization of inventory management systems and processes to achieve world-class inventory availability and health.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing inventory levels and optimizing stockroom operations
  • Building forecasting models to predict demand and supply
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create and drive tools and process improvements affecting purchasing and vendor management workflow
  • Driving process improvement and operational excellence within our vendor community by reducing costs, defects, and lead times while increasing innovation, automation, and economies of scale
  • Collaborating with vendor managers to drive sales and profitability growth
  • Conducting complex business analysis to identify opportunities to improve cost structure and profitability

Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Inventory Management or equivalent experiences such as Consulting, Finance, or Operations.

Candidates should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
