**Job Title:** Hospital Pharmacist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Pharmacist to join our team at Hospital Staff. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications in our hospital setting.

**Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement medication policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct medication use evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
• Provide education and training to healthcare staff on medication use and safety.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.

**Requirements:**

• DPharm / B Pharm / MPharm degree.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and medication use.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
