Key Responsibilities- 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, lead management, or inside sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi are essential; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Prior experience in handling business leads and engaging with potential customers is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for managing leads and follow-ups.
- Ability to coordinate with third-party software providers and internal teams.
- A proactive mindset, structured approach, and strong follow-up skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities are required to assess customer needs.
- Experience in B2B sales, software sales, or IT solutions is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
