Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced project management professional to lead a team of experts in implementing Oracle's Customer Experience for Utilities (CX4U) solution.
- Manage the day-to-day tasks of a small team, ensuring timely completion of project deliverables and adhering to the scope, schedule, and budget.
- Track risks and issues, facilitate problem resolution, and manage communication and escalation in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Oracle product teams, developers, testers, and project managers.
- Own the successful delivery of project deliverables, ensuring business value meets customer expectations.
- Create and maintain PMO artifacts, such as the project plan and JIRA board, to ensure on-time completion of project tasks.
- Provide project status reports and debriefs to leadership on a weekly basis.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a project manager, preferably in the utilities domain.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, including waterfall and agile.
- Experience leading projects utilizing standard project management tools.
The following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- 4+ years of experience working in the utilities industry.
