Salary Estimate:

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹2,05,000 - ₹5,12,500 based on the location and industry standards.

About the Job:

This onsite freelance receptionist role is a key part of our data collection project. As a freelancer, you will work closely with our team to ensure seamless participant scheduling and management.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome participants to the data collection study, verify their ID, and confirm they have signed necessary documents before introducing them to moderators.
  • Contact and schedule participants for the study, following up with them via email and phone calls using provided online tools and protocols.
  • Check the inventory daily to ensure accuracy.
  • Receive and send project-related shipments.
  • Access your own laptop and headset for tasks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
  • Experience with scheduling participants using common online tools.
  • Access to a laptop.
  • Availability for the entire project duration (2-6 weeks) with regular working hours of 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
