Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence solutions in the US healthcare industry.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical configurations and ensuring on-time delivery of products. You will lead requirement gathering, documentation, and configuration creation for AI-enabled products with a robust data-driven approach.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong working knowledge of SQL, and proficiency in Excel-based analysis. They will also have experience working in a B2B SaaS startup, ideally within the US healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement gathering, documentation, and configuration creation
- Translate business requirements into technical configurations
- Ensure on-time delivery of products
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Economics)
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in advanced Excel-based analysis and strong working knowledge of SQL
Desired Skills:
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS startup
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Analytical mindset with clarity in decision-making
