Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial reports, analyzing data, and identifying areas for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • MIS & P&L Reporting: Prepare and review monthly financial reports, including MIS and P&L statements.
  • Variance Analysis: Perform detailed variance analysis to identify key drivers of variances and provide insights to management.
  • Audit, Compliance & Controls: Prepare audit schedules, aging reports, and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • Accounts Receivable & Reporting: Manage accounts receivables and coordinate with stakeholders for timely collections.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps in existing processes and propose/implement improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • CA Inter qualification with 2+ years of post-qualification experience in MIS, accounting, financial reporting, or related domains.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and audit practices.
  • Hands-on experience with variance analysis, ageing, receivables management, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, accounting software (SAP/Oracle/Zoho Books), and familiarity with automation tools preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
