Job Title: AI Strategic Implementation Specialist

The AI Strategic Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in our organization, driving the strategic implementation and governance of artificial intelligence tools. This position is pivotal in ensuring that our AI initiatives are executed with precision, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure data privacy controls to prevent sensitive data from being used for AI model training.
  • Deliver audit logs, compliance reporting, and monitoring for AI tool usage.
  • Implement robust guardrails and moderation tools to enhance AI application security.
  • Track model performance and usage metrics, producing regular reports for leadership.
  • Optimize prompt engineering and evaluate cost/performance trade-offs for AI applications.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures.
  • Maintain an internal guide with setup/configuration steps, governance rules, and best practices for AI tool management.
  • Develop knowledge bases and wikis for developers and end users.
  • Deliver training sessions for IT staff on managing AI tools.
  • Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for AI-related incidents.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in AI applications engineering.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools, particularly OpenAI and Anthropic.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy controls and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
