Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience working with ECAD Promis.e tool and providing user support.
  • Monitoring job performance and managing access permissions.
  • Administering sessions, alerts, and audit compliance.
  • Maintaining interface connectivity and resolving printing issues.
  • Generating reports and data extracts.
  • Testing and deploying applications and systems.
  • Resolving incidents, enhancements, and development tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Proficiency in VB/.NET framework, SQL queries, and Powershell scripts.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing domain.
  • Excellent communication skills.
