Complex Immigration Specialist

We seek a skilled and detail-oriented immigration specialist to handle complex cases, including NIWs, O-1s, E-2s, EB-1s, and PERM-based I-140s and I-485s.

About the Role:

  • Draft, review, and edit complex immigration documents.
  • Manage a high volume of caseload independently and collaborate with teams to ensure efficiency and quality of work.
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the visa process and report to legal teams on case progression.
  • Liaise with government agencies, such as USCIS, CBP, and the US Department of Labor.
  • Support lawyers in procuring evidence, preparing documents, and ensuring adherence to procedural stipulations.
  • Identify delays in the process and showcase strategic acumen and initiative in case assignments.
  • Prepare and coordinate document production and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs).
  • Maintain accurate records and track cases consistently according to firm policies.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of experience in immigration law, specifically with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As.
  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
