Billing Processor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to manage billing for Managed Care Organizations (MCO), process Assignment of Benefits (AOB) and Long-Term Care claims, handle Private Pay billing and follow-ups, log and reconcile payments accurately, and communicate with clients and internal teams via email and phone.

• Manage MCO billing efficiently
• Process AOB and Long-Term Care claims professionally
• Handle Private Pay billing and follow-up communications effectively
• Log and reconcile payments accurately in a timely manner
• Communicate via email and phone with clients and internal teams clearly

Requirements:

• Experience in homecare billing, including MCO, AOB, Long-Term Care, and Private Pay
• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Strong attention to detail and proactive work ethic
• Skilled in logging payments and professional email communication
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
