Lead Interior Design Team Member

We are expanding our design team to lead and manage creative, high-quality interior solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in interior design with at least 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role. A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end design process from concept development, layouts, mood boards, to final execution.
  • Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and vendors for seamless execution.
  • Communicate design intent clearly to clients and handle client presentations.
  • Stay updated with latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
  • Mentor junior designers to build a strong design culture within the company.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in interior design with at least 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop or similar tools.
  • Proven portfolio of executed residential and/or commercial interior projects.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and client communication skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
