Job Title: Data Center EHS Specialist - Risk Mitigator
">About the Role:
">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Center EHS Specialist - Risk Mitigator to join our team at L&T-Cloudfiniti. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about ensuring a safe working environment and implementing effective EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) practices in a dynamic and fast-paced data center setting.">Responsibilities:
">* Develop and implement comprehensive EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.">Conduct regular EHS risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that EHS considerations are integrated into all aspects of data center operations.">Design and deliver EHS training programs to educate employees on safe work practices and emergency procedures.">Develop and maintain accurate records of EHS performance metrics, including incident reports, injury rates, and near-miss incidents.">Work closely with management and stakeholders to resolve EHS-related issues and concerns.">Analyze and recommend improvements to EHS processes and procedures to optimize safety performance.">Ensure that all EHS equipment and materials are properly maintained and calibrated to prevent accidents.">Maintain open communication with employees, management, and external partners to promote a culture of safety awareness and responsibility.">Prioritize tasks and projects to meet deadlines and achieve EHS goals.">Lead by example and demonstrate commitment to EHS excellence through personal behavior and actions.">Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in EHS to continuously improve our data center's safety record.">Requirements:
">* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Safety or related field required; Master's degree preferred.">Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS role, preferably in a data center or IT organization.">Advanced diploma in industrial safety mandatory; Full-time B.E./B.Tech. Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with Diploma in Industrial Safety/NEBOSH IGC from approved institutes highly desirable.">Proven track record of developing and implementing successful EHS initiatives, reducing accident rates, and improving workplace safety.">Strong understanding of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and OSHA regulations.">Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.">Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.">Proficiency in MS Office and related applications, with ability to learn new software quickly.">Salary:
">$85,000 - $120,000 per year based on qualifications and experience.">About Us:
