Cloud and AI Training Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Training Program/Project Manager to coordinate training projects focused on cloud and AI technologies, developing comprehensive training programs for Microsoft Azure Cloud and OpenAI.

  • Coordinate, plan, and manage training initiatives emphasizing Azure infrastructure, AI/ML services, Cognitive Services, OpenAI APIs, and other Microsoft cloud capabilities, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion.
  • Facilitate technical evaluation calls for prospective trainers, assessing their expertise in Azure services and AI technologies.
  • Build a network of external trainers specialized in Microsoft Azure and OpenAI, aligning with Microsoft's strategic direction.
  • Oversee the distribution of technical training materials, including lab guides, sandbox environments, and documentation or access codes.
  • Ensure all training programs meet quality standards, result in high customer satisfaction, and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project coordination or program management, focused on technical cloud computing or training industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing technical training programs centered around Azure, AI, or cloud transformation.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Proficiency in project management tools and strong working knowledge of Azure services and integration.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, juggling complex training projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, articulating cloud and AI concepts to stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work in a global environment, adapting to time zones and international clients.
