Nutrition Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Dietitian to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting nutritional assessments, designing personalized diet charts, and providing dietary guidance.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough nutritional assessments of employees and patients visiting our facilities.
  • Develop tailored diet plans for individuals with lifestyle disorders such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and cardiovascular conditions.
  • Provide expert advice on nutrition and health for individuals exposed to occupational risks, high-temperature environments, and physically demanding tasks.
  • Design balanced and nutritious menus for our canteens, taking into account the specific needs of our workforce and aligning with occupational health requirements.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and portioning in our canteens, ensuring compliance with nutrition and safety regulations.
  • Counsel employees on healthy eating practices to prevent occupational fatigue and lifestyle-related illnesses.
  • Develop comprehensive nutrition programs to support worker well-being, immunity, and energy levels.
  • Organize awareness sessions, workshops, and health talks on balanced diet, workplace nutrition, hydration, and stress-related eating.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Keep accurate records of dietary assessments, menu plans, interventions, and progress for compliance and reporting purposes.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in clinical nutrition, occupational health nutrition, and industrial dietary management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, Food & Nutrition, or equivalent.
• Registered Dietician certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Dietician, preferably in occupational health, hospital, or industrial healthcare setup.
• Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition, occupational health nutrition, and preventive healthcare.
• Experience in large-scale menu planning and industrial canteen management is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
