**Job Title:** SAP FICO Consultant

**Job Summary:**

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO consultant to work with our financial operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting and controlling, with the ability to configure and support SAP FICO modules to meet business needs. This role involves collaborating with various departments to streamline financial processes, optimize system functionality, and ensure data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
  • Implementation and Support: Lead or participate in SAP FICO implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system design, testing, and deployment. Provide ongoing support and maintenance post-implementation.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze current financial processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy. Implement best practices in SAP FICO to streamline financial operations.
  • User Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials for end-users. Create and maintain documentation for SAP FICO processes and procedures.
  • Integration: Work closely with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) and external systems to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system issues and discrepancies in a timely manner. Collaborate with SAP support teams as needed.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze financial reports to support business decision-making. Customize reports and dashboards according to user needs.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP certification in FICO is highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant or similar role, with a proven track record in SAP FICO configuration and implementation.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO). Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex financial processes and system interactions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Management: Experience managing projects and working in cross-functional teams. Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
