">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans utilizing tools like MS Project, Planview, JIRA, or Smartsheet.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, allocate resources, and mitigate risks.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members through regular updates, meetings, and open communication channels.
  • Monitor project progress, address issues promptly, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery and optimal results.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support the growth and development of team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a Global Capability Center (GCC) or similar environment.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of Global Capability Center functions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
