Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate and update master data to ensure adherence to quality rules.
  • Conduct regular data quality checks and analysis.
  • Update vendor and customer records in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and guidelines.
  • Resolve duplicate records within the master data system.
  • Collaborate with data governance teams for data quality initiatives.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for master data processes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders on ad-hoc requirements.
  • Utilize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting purposes.
  • Support audit requirements and maintain compliance.
  • Continuously improve data management processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Master Data Management (MDM).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
