Technical Team Lead

We're seeking a seasoned Technical Team Lead to drive the development of our fast-growing creator SaaS platform. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for leading software engineers, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and upholding coding standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Development Teams: Manage and guide software engineers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Code Ownership: Take responsibility for the overall quality and maintainability of the codebase.
  • Pull Request Reviews & Feedback: Conduct reviews, provide feedback, and enforce coding standards.
  • System Architecture: Design new features, considering scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
  • Team Support: Actively support team members in solving complex development challenges.
  • Code Auditing: Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
  • Technical Documentation: Ensure creation and maintenance of clear technical documentation.
Requirements
  • MERN Stack Expertise: Proven experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
  • AWS Experience: Proficiency with AWS cloud services and architecture design.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading/managing developers.
  • Coding Standards: Strong background in code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and ensuring code quality.
  • Platform Design: Ability to architect systems and think holistically about platform design.
  • Quality Delivery: Experience in delivering new features and product enhancements with a focus on quality.
