**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mathematics Instructor to join our team as an Abacus Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to share your passion for mathematics with students of varying ages and abilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct engaging and interactive abacus classes, explaining and demonstrating techniques and mental arithmetic strategies effectively.
• Provide individualized instruction and support to students as needed, assessing their progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the abacus program's curriculum, incorporating engaging learning materials such as worksheets, games, and activities.
• Train new abacus teachers or trainers on the program's methodology and techniques, providing ongoing support and guidance.

**Requirements:**

• Strong knowledge of abacus techniques and mental arithmetic strategies.
• Ability to communicate complex mathematical concepts in an engaging and accessible way.
• Experience working with students of varying ages and abilities.
