Job Title: UI Product Development Lead

Our mission is to deliver customer-centric solutions with innovative product development at scale.

We seek an experienced UI Lead to join our AppScan Product team and drive front-end development of a cutting-edge application security platform.

The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces for the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop user interfaces for AppScan on Cloud
  • Implement best practices in UI/UX design, performance optimization, and accessibility
  • Work with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native technologies
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across devices
  • Collaborate with backend developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of UI developers
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align UI development with business goals
  • Guide and support QA teams in understanding UI workflows, test coverage, and automation strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs
