Job Title: SAP PP/PP-PI/QM Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP PP/PP-PI/QM expert to join our team. As an expert in this field, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP solutions for manufacturing, quality management, and supply chain optimization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement S/4 HANA Manufacturing Master data.
  • Deploy SAP globally through best practice understanding.
  • Implement Production Planning (MRP) processes, including Make to Stock, Make to Order, Configure to Order, Repetitive, Kanban, Batch management.
  • Integrate PP with logistics components (MM/QM/SD/PM/FICO).
  • Develop expertise in E2E manufacturing processes, MES integrations, and Discrete industry Manufacturing IS-Solutions.
Quality Management Expertise:
  • Configure and implement Quality Management master data.
  • Deploy SAP globally through best practice understanding.
  • Manage quality inspection processes, set up master data for Inspection methods, Quality Agreements, and more.
  • Integrate QM with logistics components (MM/PP/SD/PM).
  • Develop workflow knowledge for Sample management, Quality certificates, and control plans.
  • Improve processes through hands-on experience with Audit management, Stability study, FMEA, and control plans.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of SAP PP/PP-PI/QM and its applications in manufacturing and quality management.
  • Proven experience in implementing and configuring SAP solutions for complex business processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
