Job Overview

This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively collaborate with remote teams to deliver exceptional digital marketing solutions.

The candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless execution and tracking of marketing deliverables, facilitating communication between teams, and using HubSpot for campaign setup and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the operational point of contact for HubSpot-related tasks across departments.
  • Ensure smooth execution and tracking of marketing deliverables.
  • Maintain alignment between teams by facilitating communication and syncing progress updates.
  • Use HubSpot for campaign setup, contact management, reporting, automation workflows, and performance tracking.
  • Prepare and maintain reports using Excel to support business insights and operational planning.
  • Proactively identify gaps, delays, or misalignments and take initiative to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience working with HubSpot in an operational, marketing, or sales support capacity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively across teams.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized.
  • Proficiency in Excel (formulas, data analysis, reporting).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
