Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Visual Designer to lead our brand's creative vision and execution. In this role, you will define the design language, build brand guidelines, and mentor a small creative team while staying hands-on with high-quality design work.

You will be responsible for creating and overseeing social media campaigns, emailers, presentations, and marketing materials that strengthen brand presence and deliver business impact. Working closely with the marketing team, you will ensure consistent, compelling storytelling across all channels, while driving innovation and setting new creative benchmarks for the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and define the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Mentor and lead a creative team (designers, writers, video editors, etc.) to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Design and oversee social media creatives, emailers, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create storytelling-driven campaigns that drive results.
  • Build and streamline creative processes and workflows for efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and tools, bringing innovation to campaigns.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire breakthrough creative ideas.
  • Balance hands-on design work with strategic leadership to ensure world-class execution.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of relevant creative experience in a brand or agency ecosystem.
  • Complete knowledge and understanding of all relevant software & tools.
  • Understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, emailers, and marketing assets.
  • BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF MOTION GRAPHICS (AFTER EFFECTS IS A PLUS).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative storyteller, high on EQ.
