Job Summary

This is a hybrid role that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our ecommerce platform, including web and mobile applications, order management systems, and point-of-sale systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans and cases to ensure the quality of our ecommerce platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  • Analyze and resolve defects in a timely and efficient manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to discuss project progress and issues

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in software testing, preferably in an ecommerce or Salesforce environment
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and processes
  • Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms, order management systems, and point-of-sale systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Bonus Points

  • Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium
  • Familiarity with Hybris and other ecommerce platforms
  • Knowledge of retail and ecommerce flows
