This role involves providing front-line support to users, resolving incidents and service requests in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of assigned incidents, problems, and service requests, ensuring regular updates and resolution within SLA targets.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Application Support to ensure prompt and effective resolution of complex issues.
Fundamental Knowledge & Continuous Improvement:
  • Develop and maintain deep functional knowledge of our trading application, acting as a subject matter expert for users and internal teams.
  • Provide consistent, high-quality daily support to users across multiple departments and locations.
  • Stay informed on key system developments and communicate relevant changes and enhancements to the business.
Additional Duties:
  • Support ad hoc business tasks and initiatives aligned with the goals of the Application Support function.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ideally with experience in a trading or entrepreneurial setting.

We require someone who can think critically, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results under pressure.

The successful applicant will have proven experience working with and documenting bespoke applications, and be able to articulate their knowledge and expertise to users and internal teams.

They will also be skilled at identifying and addressing technical issues, and will have a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate and efficient troubleshooting.
