The Role

As a Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading and ensuring the smooth and efficient management of live solutions using Power Platform and SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of live solutions, optimizing performance and reliability
  • Proactively identify and address potential operational issues, minimizing downtime and optimizing site functionality
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead the response efforts during live solutions incidents, coordinating resolutions and ensuring swift communication with stakeholders
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, actively seeking and implementing enhancements to operational processes
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to ensure our live solutions remain at the forefront of digital excellence

Your Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science or a related field, and 3+ years of proven experience as a Delivery Lead. Experience in Microsoft Power Platform tools and SharePoint is an advantage. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience in Jira boards management and configurations are mandatory.

Microsoft certifications in Power Platform and SharePoint are a plus, and familiarity with agile management tools, such as Confluence, is a plus.
