Job Overview

  • A key role within our organisation is that of a Production Planner and Optimiser, responsible for the coordination and implementation of production schedules to meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient production planning processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate capacity constraints, ensuring seamless execution of production schedules.
  • Utilise data analytics to inform strategic decisions, driving continuous improvement in productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying innovative solutions to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in production planning, capacity planning, and demand planning.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • SAP knowledge or equivalent ERP systems.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • EMS experience.
    • Notice period of less than 45 days.
