Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Metallurgical Engineer to join our team at DCS Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our processes and maintaining high-quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement production planning and control systems to optimize process efficiency and productivity.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production-related issues.
  3. Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  4. Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality and productivity issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or quality assurance role.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning and control principles.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
