About the Job


Analog Devices is seeking an experienced Senior Project/Program Manager to drive the end-to-end development of complex mixed-signal SOCs in a platform development approach.



  • Responsible for leading internal and external development and cross-functional teams that develop new high-speed mixed-signal ASICs for our products.
  • Manages the execution of all operational aspects of mixed-signal SoC development, including working closely with hardware and software teams, and delivering on customer commitments.
  • Delivers products to market in scope, on schedule, and within budget targets.

Key Responsibilities



  • Develops creative solutions to a wide range of complex problems, exhibits strong problem-solving skills, and pursues innovative approaches to Time and Cost Analysis, Risk Management, and Out-of-Bounds conditions.
  • Manages key stakeholders throughout the project duration, owns and manages project scope, schedule, cost, and risks, and communicates actively with engineering staff directors, product managers, and others on the resourcing plan.
  • Creates a collaborative environment for cross-functional teams, resolves inter-team and intra-team issues, and ensures project goals are met.
  • Establishes close partnerships with internal and external IP development teams, foundry partners, and product engineering teams to drive prioritization aligned with product development goals.
  • Provides leadership to the greater project management community through mentorship and leadership in development programs, champions project management within ADI.

Requirements



  • Track record of leading successful projects, particularly based on processors in family/platform approach and/or complex multi-core processors in advanced technology nodes with cross-functional teams.
  • Background in Complex ASIC development or Processor development is a must, with understanding of verification, validation, and qualification activities.
  • Experience managing customer, engineering, and executive relationships, excellent communication skills, and strong organization skills with responsiveness to project needs.
  • Experience working within a Phase Gate Product Development Lifecycle, and collaboration with external technology, design, and manufacturing partners.
  • 10+ years of relative experience within engineering, Bachelor of Science in engineering discipline required, and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desirable.

  • Flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
