Job Title: Front Office Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Front Office Executive. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer handling and service skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front office works, including handling calls, emails, and walk-in clients.
  • Handle corporate clients and sub-agents for travel and tour-related reservations.
  • Enquire about and make reservations for package tours, hotel bookings, and flight tickets.
  • After training, create tour packages and quote to clients based on their requirements.
  • Liaise with vendors and negotiate quotes for hotels, transporters, and other service providers.
  • Update client data and follow-up status in designated software.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6-12 months of experience in the tour and travel sector, preferably with a good track record of handling tour packages.

Requirements:
  • Age: 20-35 years.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory; Malayalam proficiency is also required.
  • Proficient in Google Docs, web browsing, email, and MS Word.
  • Excellent customer handling and service skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Congenial personality with a flair for speaking.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
