Senior QA Automation Engineer

As a seasoned automation engineer, you will design and implement test frameworks for various applications. Your strong expertise in Salesforce and nCino is highly valued in our quality engineering team.

  • Develop and maintain automation test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of complex systems including Loan Origination System (LOS), Credit Memo, Collateral, Covenant Tracking, Deposit Account Opening, and Workflow Automation.
  • Validate Lightning components, APIs, and integrations with external systems.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage across UI, API, data, and performance testing.
  • Define and track quality metrics, identifying defects and driving resolution.
  • Guide junior team members and contribute to best practices in automation.
  • Support continuous testing and deployment pipelines.
Key Qualifications
  • 9+ years of QA experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce QA and nCino projects.
  • Strong knowledge of banking workflows and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing frameworks.
  • Experience in API testing and validation.
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools and DevOps methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data validation and ETL testing for Salesforce integrations.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Requirements
  • Salesforce certifications or equivalent experience.
  • nCino 201/301 certification or equivalent knowledge.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and scalable architectures.
  • Exposure to performance testing tools and techniques.
