Job Title:

Financial Operations Specialist

Purpose and Responsibilities:

The role requires a self-motivated individual to ensure seamless execution of key responsibilities in the Global Business Services center, adhering to GBS policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute regular operation tasks and closing runs smoothly and accurately, with an excellent view of additional control points and self-checks.
  • Complete Balance Sheet Reconciliation on time and follow up on open items with high quality, ensuring no unexplained items.
  • Maintain a complete and accurate general ledger in accordance with accounting principles and reporting schedules within established deadlines.
  • Coordinate with business partners to obtain needed information and ensure process steps are executed properly.
  • Prepare and compile documentation for year-end audits and internal audits.
  • Participate in internal team training and cross-functional knowledge sharing.
  • Involved in global/GBS center/team projects.
  • Serve as the signal contact person for key processes, including data gathering and analysis across legal entities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

A university degree or equivalent education is required, along with minimum 3 years of GL experience and experience in a multinational working environment.
