Cyber Security Risk Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Specialist.
Job Description:This role is responsible for preventing and responding to cyberattacks, protecting valuable assets, and managing cyber risk in a way that enables business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing positive working relationships with teams and clients, deploying DLP solutions on servers, endpoints, and cloud services, troubleshooting agent-related issues, and configuring DLP policies and rules.
They will also ensure the DLP solution is properly integrated with existing security tools and infrastructure, develop DLP policies based on organisational data protection requirements, classify and categorise data to apply appropriate DLP rules, and regularly review and update DLP policies to address new threats and business needs.
In addition, they will conduct periodic audits to ensure DLP policies are effectively enforced, generate reports for compliance audits, provide regular updates to senior management on the effectiveness of the DLP program, and collaborate with IT, legal, and compliance teams to align DLP policies with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Experience with DLP solutions and data protection regulations
- Strong understanding of cyber risk management and threat analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
