About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with clients to create beautiful spaces that reflect their style and functionality. As a Pre-Sales Executive (Design Expert), you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming customers, offering a premium shopping experience.

  • Understand client preferences, home aesthetics, and functional needs to suggest suitable furniture, upholstery fabric, rugs, lights, and accessories.
  • Guide customers through the showroom, explaining material choices, design philosophies, and craftsmanship behind each piece.
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing professional design inputs based on clients' space requirements, color schemes, and lifestyle needs.
  • Curating personalized product selections and suggesting suitable combinations of furniture, lighting, and décor.
  • Assisting clients in visualizing products in their space using mood boards, sketches, or digital tools.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in interior design, architecture, fine arts, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in interior design, furniture sales, or luxury retail.
  • A strong understanding of furniture, home décor, lighting, and space planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Basic proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or 3D visualization tools.
  • The ability to prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations.
  • A passion for luxury furniture, home styling, and customer experience.
  • The willingness to travel to the store location daily.
