About Agile Transformation

In today's fast-paced business environment, agile transformation is key to staying ahead of the competition. We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master to join our team and support our agile journey.

As an agile expert, you will be responsible for facilitating planning increment events and all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. You will coach the team on agile best practices, lean thinking, and SAFe principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and team empowerment.

We require someone with 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment, with a strong understanding of SAFe and agile metrics. Experience supporting teams building AI/ML or data-driven products is a plus.

Preferred qualifications include a Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) and/or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM / SASM) certification, as well as experience working in regulated industries such as banking or fintech.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Facilitation & Agile Coaching:
  • Facilitate Planning Increment (PI) events, and all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
  • Coach the team on Agile best practices, Lean thinking, and SAFe principles.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and team empowerment.
  • Delivery & Execution Support:
  • Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.
  • Ensure sprint goals are met and aligned with ART-level PI Objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Managers to maintain a healthy backlog.
  • SAFe & ART Alignment:
  • Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and the Release Train Engineer to ensure cross-team alignment.
  • Support the team in meeting ART-level commitments and improving flow metrics.
