Our company provides a comprehensive range of services through our team of over 450 experts. These services cater to multiple business segments, including finance, HR outsourcing, recruitment, start-up funding, and compliance.

We are currently seeking a skilled SAP Executive to manage end-to-end operations related to Goods Receipt (GRN), Goods Issue (GI), and Purchase Orders (PO) within the SAP environment.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the SAP MM module and possess strong knowledge of supply chain or store operations.

  • Process GRNs in SAP for received goods and materials.
  • Match PO and invoice details to ensure accurate entries.
  • Coordinate with stores and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities also include executing GI transactions in SAP, ensuring correct material movement type usage, maintaining accurate stock ledgers and inventory levels, creating and managing PRs in SAP based on departmental requirements, coordinating with user departments for requirement validation, tracking PR status and ensuring timely conversion to PO, and more.

Apart from these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be responsible for generating reports on GRN, GI, and PO status, maintaining documentation for audits and compliance, ordering & maintaining minimum & maximum inventory management, and placing orders as per the inventory requirement.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in SAP MM module, possess knowledge of GRN, GI, and PO processes, have a strong understanding of inventory and material movements, demonstrate attention to detail and high data accuracy, showcase good communication and coordination skills, and have familiarity with procurement or storekeeping procedures.

Prior experience in manufacturing or logistics sector, SAP certification in MM, and understanding of inventory audits and stock reconciliation are preferred qualifications.
