Our team is looking for an experienced System Design Manager to lead the development of high-performance Analog and Mixed Signal (AMS) ICs. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the design and implementation of cutting-edge AMS IP blocks and leading a cross-functional team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps for AMS IP development.">
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement new AMS IP blocks.">
  • Collaborate with architects to define system-level requirements and specifications.">
  • Work closely with layout designers to ensure optimal layout implementation.">
  • Conduct thorough reviews of designs to ensure adherence to company standards and quality.">

Requirements:

  • BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.">
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in AMS design and development.">
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality AMS IP blocks on time.">
  • Strong knowledge of AMS design flows and digital top SOC integration methodologies.">
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.">
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.">
