Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to lead our DevOps initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security and compliance engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
  • Develop and maintain secure cloud-native environments on AWS, Azure, or GCP with a focus on secure configuration and governance controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust access management, encryption, logging/monitoring, and network security principles.
  • Lead technical initiatives and influence at all levels to drive business outcomes.
  • Write clear and concise policies and technical documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in information security or compliance engineering roles.
  • Practical experience with DevOps security practices and integrating security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 27001, SOC 2 (Type I and II), and NIST SP 800-53.
  • Experience working in cloud-native environments with secure configuration and governance controls.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native security, container orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Helm, or Ansible.
