Job Description:

The Resident Construction Manager is a key role in the Construction Execution and Planning Department, responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects from start to finish.

  • Manage the overall project schedule, ensuring timely completion and adherence to technical specifications.
  • Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders on site activities and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Oversee the management, administration, and coordination of construction works, including mobilization and demobilization of manpower and resources.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the Project Manager and CEPM/GL department on weekly and monthly progress achieved.
  • Ensure that all site personnel and expenses are recorded and reported to the PM.
