Job Description

As a Senior Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing bespoke social marketing strategies that drive business growth, creativity, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee social marketing mandates, including go-to-market strategies and influencer campaign management.
  • Brief agency partners to align plans and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
  • Work closely with external partners to align plans and ensure seamless execution.
  • Inform internal teams of key trends and/or brand crisis situations on social media that can impact the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Ownership and leadership skills are essential in this role. You should be comfortable working with data and numbers while also understanding the pulse of great content that resonates with social media audiences.

Strong communication and presentation skills are required to represent the work well in forums with key stakeholders.

Collaborative mindset, adaptability, and proactivity are vital to thrive in this dynamic environment.

  • Experience with AI tools and technologies is beneficial, but the ability to learn and digest benefits and features is critical.
  • Passion for innovation, experimentation, and staying up-to-date with industry trends is highly valued.
