We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented linguist to support AI training initiatives and linguistic content creation.

  • This role involves creating or editing linguistically-rich content, including grammar guides and syntactic analyses.
  • The ideal candidate will identify and resolve issues related to ambiguity, bias, and grammaticality.
  • Key responsibilities include performing quality assurance on model outputs for fluency, tone, factual accuracy, and language appropriateness.
  • Additionally, the linguist will annotate linguistic datasets with syntactic, semantic, or pragmatic labels.
  • Supporting internal teams by conducting linguistic research and summarizing findings is also a crucial aspect of this role.
  • Applying linguistic knowledge to evaluate model behavior, error patterns, and generalization issues is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A deep understanding of linguistic theory and language structure is necessary.
  • Experience with computational linguistics, corpus analysis, language data annotation, and LLM training is desirable.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
