As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution and communication throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong client communication, and a deep understanding of project processes in the interior execution field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for someone to prepare and review quotes, BOQs, and budgets for projects.
  • You will track and monitor design changes and update documentation accordingly.
  • Your main responsibility will be to coordinate with clients for approvals, progress updates, and clarifications.
  • You must organize and maintain all project-related files and documentation.
  • We need someone to act as the single point of contact for major clients, ensuring smooth communication.
  • You will coordinate with vendors and suppliers for settlements post-project completion.
  • We require someone to conduct budget analysis for all projects, ensuring costs are within approved limits.
  • You will assist in final billing and closure of project accounts.
  • You will support project managers and executives with any administrative or coordination requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • A relevant experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields is required.
  • A strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and BOQs is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English, are necessary.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail is crucial.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is also required.
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management preferred.
