Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data to understand current offerings and identify gaps in key customer accounts
  • Monitor bakery category performance and metrics to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and execute growth plans to capitalize on untapped opportunities and improve market position

Project Management:

  • Coordinate internal stakeholders for customer innovation days and meetings
  • Develop sales pitches and train sales teams for key account engagements

Drive Innovation:

  • Identify gaps in product portfolios and support R&D in developing future products that meet market demands
  • Collaborate with R&D to build a pitch portfolio for larger customer bases
