Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Data Insights Professional to support our revenue growth efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with our revenue teams to drive performance and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with revenue managers to develop and implement strategies that maximize revenue and room night sales.
  • Analyze data, create reports, forecasts, and provide commentary to inform decision-making.
  • Provide analytical support to all revenue-generating departments, including Sales and Marketing, Rooms, Catering, and Food & Beverage.
  • Track and analyze occupancy trends, market segment development, and other key metrics to facilitate forecasting.

Additional responsibilities include preparing weekly and monthly revenue meetings and regional forums.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics (preferred).
  • Equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • 1-3 years' experience in data analytics or revenue management (ideal).
  • Fresh graduates with excellent analytical skills welcome to apply.
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong analytical skills and number acumen.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate logical and critical thinking.
  • Strategic planning and organisational skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel, VBA, and MS Access skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Tableau skills.
