Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to lead our health and safety program.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain a comprehensive health and safety program at our site.
  • Conduct regular health and safety risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
  • Ensure compliance with local government regulations and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead health and safety improvements through conceptualizing and executing projects related to health and safety.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, analyze trends, and implement corrective measures.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fire Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
  • Certification in fire safety (e.g., NEBOSH Fire Safety, NFPA, or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and emergency response procedures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to conduct fire risk assessments and safety audits.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., CSP, CIH).
  • Experience with health and safety software and technology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
