Technical Content Writer

We are seeking a skilled and versatile technical content writer to join our marketing and communications team.

This role will play a crucial part in shaping the way we communicate complex technical concepts and digital solutions to our diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on technical topics to ensure accuracy and relevance of the content.
  • Write, edit, and proofread technical documents such as user manuals, white papers, product descriptions, how-to guides, and blog posts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and user needs.
  • Incorporate search engine optimization (SEO) best practices in the content to enhance online visibility and reach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years.
  • Proven experience as a technical writer, content writer, or similar role, in the technology or digital services industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into clear and accessible content for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
