Migration Specialist for Kafka Clusters

We're seeking an expert in migration strategies to design and implement automated pipelines for migrating enterprise Kafka workloads to open-source or cloud-native clusters.

The ideal candidate will develop and integrate custom plugins for Kafka Connect as part of migration workflows, ensuring seamless validation, rollback, and monitoring tasks.

In addition to designing scalable CI/CD processes for Kafka resource provisioning and configuration rollouts, the successful applicant will be responsible for integrating with cloud orchestration tools (AWS MSK, Kubernetes operators) and managing infrastructure-as-code.

  • Design and implement automated migration pipelines
