Business Development Executive Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development professional to identify, source, and convert clients requiring Digital Marketing services and IT solutions.

  • Identify and generate leads for potential clients in need of digital marketing and IT services.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other lead generation methods.
  • Understand client requirements, propose relevant solutions, and prepare business proposals/presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project delivery.
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain CRM records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads through online and offline channels.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services and IT solutions is a plus.
