Job Title: Salesforce Project ManagerAs a professional in the field of project management, you will lead and manage implementation projects for the wealth management domain utilizing Salesforce as a key solution.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage implementation projects within the wealth management domain
  • Collaborate closely with various teams including wealth advisors, operations, compliance, and IT
  • Configure Salesforce to enhance its functionality through flows, reports, dashboards, security, data model enhancements, and customization
  • Oversee system integrations with wealth management platforms
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain project plans
  • Drive data migration, data quality initiatives, and compliance efforts
  • Ensure user adoption through training and documentation
  • Coordinate with developers, admins, and third-party vendors for successful project execution

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT project management and Salesforce Platform expertise
  • Strong domain knowledge in Wealth Management / Financial Services
  • Hands-on skills in Salesforce configuration and customization
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
